The CPL team are thrilled to be shortlisted in six out of six categories entered for the Memcom Excellence Awards 2022.
The awards recognise excellence in the professional membership sector and are firmly established as a celebration of the great work delivered by a range of organisations.
Two particular highlights include CPL being shortlisted in the Agency of the Year category, and Alex Smith earning similar recognition in the Editor of the Year category for his work on CIBSE Journal.
Other CPL projects for membership clients to be shortlisted are:
Best Use of Video, Animation or Audio: Nautilus International
Best Magazine Launch or Relaunch: Institute of Asset Management and Nautilus International
Best Magazine for a Professional Association or Membership Organisation > 20K circulation: Chartered Institution of Wastes Management
Mike Sewell, CPL’s managing director, said: “We’re delighted with the result. Our shortlisted entries are just some of the many examples of great work carried out by the teams at CPL. They demonstrate our commitment to creating content that helps clients achieve their strategic communications priorities – and, most importantly, is engaging for readers and audiences.”
The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Thursday 29 September.
In 2021, CPL took home two highly commended awards: the first in the Best Integrated Marketing Campaign category for the agency’s Great British Bonus (GBB) campaign for The Thoroughbred Breeders’ Association; the second in the Best Virtual Educational Membership Event class for its contribution to the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy’s 2020 virtual conference.
